Role Overview

This key role is responsible for driving the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing program in support of Salesforce Consulting growth in Latin America.

  • Work closely with selected consulting partners to develop and execute quarterly demand generation activities, focusing on revenue growth from Salesforce solutions in the region.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for these partners, ensuring regular communication and collaboration through team calls, in-person/virtual meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Develop and deliver education programs for partners in the region on Salesforce marketing tools, benefits, and resources.
  • Raise purchase orders for co-marketing activities and oversee the follow-up process.
  • Deliver relevant marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster alignment across different Salesforce marketing teams to advocate for and bring access to consulting partners for inclusion in Salesforce marketing programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology campaigns, product, and/or partner marketing.
  • Experience building campaigns and managing through ambiguity.
  • Metric-driven marketing mindset and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
  • Highly meticulous project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Experience working with creative teams, ad agencies, and other vendors.
  • Desirable: Experience using Salesforce.
