Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Management Sr. Specialist to drive lead management excellence and oversee end-to-end lead to pipeline performance. As a key role in the Latin America B2B marketing organization, you will bring consistency and global standards to our GEO demand generation processes and execution.

The successful candidate will support the Latin America B2B marketing strategy, connecting with the global B2B groups to ensure alignment in process and report standardization. You will collaborate with local marketing teams, providing right-sized demand generation management systems and coordinating the end-to-end lead flow process and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that marketing-generated leads are efficiently nurtured, qualified, and converted into high-quality sales opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the journey of leads from initial marketing engagement to sales qualification, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are properly nurtured and transitioned into revenue-generating opportunities for pipeline growth.
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring and qualification frameworks, working closely with local marketing, campaigns manager, lead development and inside sales teams.
  • Track key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and optimize lead flow strategies, while providing insights and process improvement recommendations.
