Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Manage the submission process with our team to ensure timely, high-quality regulatory submissions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Establish and maintain submission planners and timelines.
  • - Facilitate tactical submission team meetings.
  • - Represent Submission Operations on Global Regulatory Project Teams.
  • Major Challenges:
  • - Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely submissions.
  • - Develop effective communication strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • - Advanced English language skills.
  • - PMP and RAC certificates (optional).
  • - Anvisa CTD certification.
  • - Experience in Pharmaceutical or industry-related fields.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Experience working in complex matrix environments.
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Position Scope:
  • - Receives project assignments from manager but has responsibility for managing own projects.
  • - Reviews project progress with manager on a regular basis.
