Exciting Civil Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design various subdivision and land development projects across residential, retail, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors in the Eastern Pennsylvania region.
  • Review zoning, subdivision, and land development regulations for applicability to given projects.
  • Provide design assistance to senior project designers as required.
  • Prepare sketch plans, site plans, grading, utilities, road, and utility profile plans.
  • Develop subdivision and land development plan design packages, reports, and submissions.
  • Possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydroflow stormwater design software, along with Microsoft Office products.
  • Meet with project managers and team members regularly to coordinate goals, schedules, timelines, and updates.
  • Engage in regular communication with project managers and team members regarding project status and progress.
  • Display strong time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in designing private subdivision and land development projects is required.
  • EIT certification is preferred.
  • Civil 3D proficiency is essential.
  • Completion of continuing education classes or coursework relevant to the industry or position is desired.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
