At the heart of every successful organization lies a well-executed logistics operation.
A Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain management, from product reception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee product movement, including picking, packaging, and loading activities.
- Issue accurate invoices for deliveries and process national import documentation.
- Implement stock control measures to ensure efficient exit and entrance procedures physically and systemically.
- Coordinate material receiving activities and manage warehouse inventory levels effectively.
- Process invoices for inputs, materials, and returns within the SAP system.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse management processes.
- Optimize delivery routes under your responsibility and address customer complaints stemming from logistical issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse management principles and kaizen techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP Logistics and Inventory Management modules would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is crucial.
