We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of quality assurance experts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our games.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure timely completion of testing tasks
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to identify defects and improve overall game quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement fixes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve QA processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA leadership roles, preferably in the gaming industry
- Proven track record of improving QA efficiency and reducing defect rates
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
