Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate and ensure excellence in all stages of measurement, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness in media and precision marketing for one of our categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Good Practices: conduct audits and ensure the application of golden rules of precision marketing, coordinating campaign implementation and providing feedback to agencies.
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization: measure detailed results of priority campaigns, propose optimizations in partnership with agencies, and ensure their implementation to maximize KPI efficiency.
  • Test & Learn: lead the test & learn agenda from briefing, hypothesis formulation, testing methodology design, to implementation, monitoring, and dissemination of results.
  • Knowledge Management: be the guardian of category learnings, consolidating and democratizing them through managerial and quarterly reports for leadership, guiding clear media, communication, and branding strategies.
  • Collaboration and Integration: work synergistically with media, branding, CRM, data, and research teams for deeper, integrated analysis.
  • Data Analysis Reference: be a reference in data analysis and measurement of precision marketing, supporting internal teams with diverse ad hoc studies.
  • Data Curation: critically evaluate data structures, proposing improvements to ensure analysis accuracy and integrity.
  • Tools Used: Google Analytics, Ads Managers (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest), Google Ads, DV360, Databricks, BigQuery, and dashboards.

  • Efficient application and measurement of precision marketing across all layers.
  • Continuous, strategic optimizations to maximize campaign impact.
  • Democratization of learnings across teams and leadership.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience analyzing data/results of offline/online campaigns and routine optimizations focusing on efficiency and KPI maximization in media branding and performance.
  • Experience developing analyses and strategic presentations, integrating business and brand data, with clear learnings and future media and communication planning directives.
  • Experience managing interfaces and partners, leading result forums for senior audiences.
  • Experience manipulating, modeling data, and curating information, including testing methodologies for hypothesis validation.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools: Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of database structures and SQL.
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
  • Technical background in statistics or mathematics.
