Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled IT professional seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a System Administrator to support our IT Services department in all aspects of system administration.

The ideal candidate will have completed a university degree in business informatics, computer science, or technical informatics, with first practical experience in IT support and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First and Second Level Support
  • Administration of a Windows domain and Microsoft Exchange
  • Expansion and optimization of existing infrastructures
  • Visiting national and international locations for IT support (up to 10% travel)

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, or technical informatics
  • First practical experience in IT support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment administration
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and result orientation
  • Independent, structured, and self-reliant work style
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
