As a strategic communicator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative across various channels and audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute communication strategies to fortify our brand's image among stakeholders;
  2. Develop compelling content about products, results, culture, and company aspirations for websites, social networks, institutional presentations, and corporate reports;
  3. Craft targeted campaigns aligned with the business strategy, bridging communication with the customer journey;
  4. Support the crafting of narratives that reinforce our positioning as an innovative and sustainable global leader;
  5. Manage and update institutional channels (website, blog, releases, internal and external newsletters);
  6. Support internal teams with institutional materials for effective communication (commercial pitches, speeches, notes, announcements, videos);
  7. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Human Resources, and Commercial areas to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging;
  8. Produce content highlighting the company's values and culture for external audiences;
  9. Analyze and report on campaign results and institutional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Experience in internal and institutional communication;
  • Able to craft impactful stories transforming technical topics into accessible messages;
  • Ability to organize and facilitate internal events;
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video/image editing;
  • Excellent writing skills and command of standard language, adaptable to audience and channel needs;
  • Understanding of brand positioning, reputation, and purpose strategies;
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency;
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, proactivity, and collaboration;
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
