Strategic Brand Developer

OverviewAs a key player in building and strengthening our brand with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with our culture, products, and vision for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted communication actions to enhance our brand presence among employees, customers, and partners.
- Develop strategic content showcasing our products, results, culture, and future plans for channels such as websites, social networks, presentations, and corporate reports.
- Collaborate on institutional campaigns aligned with our business strategy, linking communication to customer journeys.
- Support narrative development reinforcing our positioning as a global, innovative company committed to sustainability.
- Manage and update institutional channels (website, blog, releases, internal and external newsletters, etc.).
- Support internal areas with institutional materials for communication purposes (commercial pitches, speeches, notes, announcements, videos, etc.).
- Work synergistically with Marketing, Product, Human Resources, and Commercial areas to ensure consistency and coherence in messages.
- Produce content highlighting our company culture and values for external audiences.
- Monitor and report campaign and institutional action results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completed degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in internal and institutional communication.
- Ability to craft impactful stories transforming technical topics into accessible messages.
- Organizational skills for internal events.
- Knowledge of graphic design and image/video editing.
- Strong writing and language command with adaptability according to audience and channel.
- Understanding of brand positioning, reputation, and purpose strategies.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
- Proactivity, strategic vision, creativity, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with various departments.
Remuneration Information: $45,000 - $65,000 USD per year
