Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and operational efficiency of our business.

You will work closely with our sales team and cross-functional partners to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making and support the execution of strategic initiatives.

This role demands an analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the development of sales targets, the tracking of performance, and the launch of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
