As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Microsoft 365, Teams and Copilot Services. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an IT Analyst who can provide consultation to clients on best practices using Microsoft 365 applications, data storage, assist with design and migration of data to SharePoint or Teams, and provide Level 4 support and solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas, and assist clients with the adoption of the Microsoft 365, Teams and Copilot technologies.
- Work closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build data storage solutions which meet requirements using SharePoint, File Share, and Teams.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure operational excellence of the Microsoft 365 & Copilot Services.
This role requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures and use of Microsoft 365 Applications, Teams and Copilot. You must be able to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.
Requirements:- Microsoft 365 Admin, SharePoint Admin, Microsoft Teams Admin and Copilot Services
- Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- A relevant certificate(s) would also be of interest.
You should possess excellent communication and analytics skills, be comfortable in communicating with business executives and technology team, have a spirit of collaboration and transparent communication, and an Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment.
