Job Title: Branch Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Branch Team Lead, you will play a key role in supervising team management, ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance using system tools and Power BI to track progress
  • Conduct daily reports to stay up-to-date on branch performance
  • Develop Personal Development Plans (PDI) with team members to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain quality customer service at the branch by adhering to high standards
  • Oversight fleet quality through preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Optimize operational fleet to achieve efficiency
  • Drive growth, profitability, sales, and service goals through effective leadership
  • Analyze operational indicators and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Higher education degree
  • Leadership experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with performance indicators
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
