Senior Construction Manager

As a senior construction manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple structural work zones, including formwork and concrete, steel, and blockwork.
About Your RoleYou will interpret structural drawings to ensure accurate site setup and execution. Plan resources effectively and manage site access, logistics, and emergency readiness.
- Enforce strict safety policies, ensuring that all work is carried out using proper PPE and safety procedures.
- Manage heavy equipment and only qualified operators handle machinery.
- Coordinate across structural teams, including carpentry, steel, rebar, blockwork, and concrete.
- Drive productivity initiatives to ensure teams work at optimal efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting Foremen in managing labor and tradesmen across all structural work fronts.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards through quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Supporting environmental management throughout the construction phases.
Report to the Section Manager and lead teams of Senior Foremen, Foremen, and labor across various structural disciplines. Collaborate with planning, procurement, safety, and QA/QC teams for seamless execution.
