Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service standards
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and quality to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards of food presentation, taste, and service
- Collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to develop new menu concepts and promotions
- Manage restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and prevent waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards and SOPs
- Regularly inspect the restaurant's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance to maintain a positive image
- Manage cash operations, administration, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- 3+ years of experience in a senior restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, international hotel chain
- Excellent leadership, training, and motivational skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
