The Regulatory Affairs Associate Director will lead the regulation process for biopharmaceuticals, ensuring procedures are compliant with legislation and executed timely. This role also involves supporting the global strategy on regulatory matters and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of regulatory plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws, providing guidance to teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, policy development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant regulatory frameworks and policies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
