About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting data handling and quality analyses, working across business teams to collect, match and consolidate data.

As a key member of our team, you will perform data analysis for assigned businesses, design and develop solutions, and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, match and consolidate data from various sources.
  • Perform advanced data analysis and create insightful reports.
  • Design and develop data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create attributes, optimize code and data mine in HPCC/ECL for clusters.

Requirements

  • Experience with data manipulation, cleansing and relational databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Advanced English language skills and fluency in Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or actuarial science.
