A forward-thinking organization seeks a seasoned data expert to spearhead strategic initiatives across countries. This pivotal role involves leading client-facing projects, working directly with international teams and clients, to drive meaningful impact through cutting-edge cloud platforms and advanced analytics.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in Snowflake, empowering powerful insights in Power BI, and guiding clients on best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client-facing data initiatives (in English), serving as the primary point of contact for analytics and modeling discussions.
  • Designing and implementing semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in Snowflake.
  • Building and optimizing Power BI datasets, including aggregations and performance tuning.
  • Writing and reviewing complex SQL queries for analysis and validation.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and clear insights.
  • Guiding clients on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and BI strategy.
  • Collaborating with international teams to deliver end-to-end data projects.
  • Mentoring and supporting other analysts and engineers on modeling and BI practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a senior data analyst/data modeler.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and semantic layer design.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of Power BI, particularly aggregations, large models, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong business acumen — able to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Experience leading client-facing projects across countries.
  • Bonus: knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or hospitality data.
