CRO Manager Position
About The RoleAs a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the conversion rates of our web products and improving user experience to drive higher conversions and revenue. This role involves analyzing data and making informed decisions to optimize web funnels and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of web-funnel performance and user behavior to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to increase conversion rates
- Monitor metrics and analyze data to generate actionable insights, find trends, patterns, and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and data analyst, to create effective landing pages and conversion paths
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Report on the success of optimization efforts and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO and implement innovative techniques
- Proven experience in CRO with a track record of improving conversion rates on websites or web funnels
- At least 3+ years of work experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager in web-funnels subscription products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing platforms, such as Optimizely or VWO
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on data
- Strong spoken and written English
