Overview

A highly skilled senior software developer is required to play a key role in our company's engineering and backend API development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable Python engineering and backend API solutions.
  • Develop retrieval/search pipelines (loaders, embeddings, vector search) to enhance data retrieval efficiency.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs) providers to create structured outputs and tool/function calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, internal systems).
  • Build AI flows/agents with LangFlow to streamline workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UIs with flows using React/Next.js.
  • Implement LLM workflow/agent orchestration using frameworks or orchestration tools.
  • Ensure proficiency in collaborative workflows using Git (branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, conflict resolution).
  • Work with Jira issue types and Scrum/Kanban boards to track project progress.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in Python engineering and backend API development.
  • Experience working with AI LangFlow Developer tool and LLM workflow/agent orchestration.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing retrieval/search pipelines.
  • Ability to work with prompts, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
