Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational plans for new partnerships
- Leading data-driven decision making through analytics and performance modeling
- Designing and refining internal workflows for seamless partnership execution
- Collaborating with partners' operational teams to resolve issues and ensure mutual customer satisfaction
- Creating dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and inform business development strategies
We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in hands-on roles like business operations, sales operations, or project management. Strong data analysis skills, SQL proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential.
