Main Responsibilities
  • Own portfolio-level reporting, assessments, stakeholder buy-in, and rapid risk evaluations for allocated teams.
  • Create cross-functional programs embedding best practices, efficiencies, and acceleration mechanisms.
  • Develop operational cadences, reporting, and drive efficiencies and acceleration.
  • Execute and report operational KPIs, OKRs, and Goals/Metrics for assigned areas.
  • Lead the launch, adoption, and improvement of team tools.
BASIC Qualifications
  • 7+ years in program management of complex transformation, operations, or strategic projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver information at C-suite/VP levels.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment proficiency.
