Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing skilled speech-language therapy services to individuals in their homes, under the care of an attending physician.
The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.
This role requires the ability to work with patients in single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings.
To be successful, candidates must possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Evaluate patient language and communication skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Current licensure as an SLP in the State of Employment.
- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
