Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and executing strategic plans to enhance market dealer network growth and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading analytics, prospecting, and new dealer onboarding processes to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead dealer terminations, establish new dealer onboarding processes, and review dealer locations.
  • Establish strong partnerships with market sales directors and managers to maintain alignment in network plans.
  • Develop and manage dealer standards, including facilities, training, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
