About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Machinery Maintenance Technician to fill a key position in our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance, repair and upkeep of agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters and other equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery maintenance, preferably with Kubota, New Holland or Revo brands. You will also be responsible for conducting regular vehicle inspections, visiting customers on a regular basis, guaranteeing accessories and achieving sales targets.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on arriving vehicles
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections for customers
- Ensure timely delivery of accessories and meet sales targets
- Repair machinery and other components as required
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Read and adhere to safety guidelines
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and quality regulations
- Develop problem-solving skills through on-the-job training and professional development
Qualifications
A strong background in machinery maintenance is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
