Institutional Trading Operations Specialist

A high-impact role has become available at the core of institutional trading operations. This position is pivotal in supporting the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate trade processing and smooth settlements.
This key operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas will be responsible for handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests promptly.
- Support client onboarding including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
- Track and manage client issues ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.
To excel in this position, you will require:
- 5+ years in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
