Job Overview

This is a challenging role for a BIM lead to oversee multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.

  • The successful candidate will have strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages.

The ideal candidate will supervise and mentor modelers, ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. They will also identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct thorough Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently with native and non-native speakers.
  • An engineering degree (civil or mechanical) is required, with candidates having architecture background considered if they have extensive MEP modeling and coordination experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects, as well as experience modeling HVAC and plumbing systems including process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment, domestic water, sanitary drainage, gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, pumps, heaters, and related components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
  • 5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
  • Experience modeling HVAC and plumbing systems
