Improve system stability and performance by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining low-level Windows drivers for optimal compatibility.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement driver functionality in collaboration with threat researchers, QA, and other developers.
- Investigate and resolve driver-related issues to ensure smooth interactions with hardware and the Windows OS.
- Optimize driver performance for minimal resource consumption and maximum system stability.
- Ensure driver compliance with industry standards and certifications.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of kernel-mode programming and experience in low-level Windows driver development. Proficiency in C, C++, Rust, and Assembly is required, along with expertise in Windows Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF), Windows Driver Model (WDM), and User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF).
- Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in low-level Windows driver development.
- Strong knowledge of debugging tools such as WinDbg, Driver Verifier, and other Windows diagnostic utilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
