Descrição do Cargo

O cargo de Product Owner é fundamental para garantir que os produtos e serviços de logística estejam alinhados com as necessidades dos clientes e os objetivos estratégicos da empresa. O foco principal será a otimização de produtos voltados para soluções de tracking e last-mile, tanto para B2B quanto B2C, integrando-se com sistemas externos e APIs.

Responsabilidades
  • Entender as necessidades dos clientes e definir a visão do produto;
  • Desenvolver e priorizar o backlog de funcionalidades;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes de desenvolvimento, design e marketing;
  • Garantir a integração e implantação dos produtos;
  • Monitorar e analisar o sucesso do produto e da experiência do cliente;
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre os stakeholders;
  • Contribuir para projetos inovadores, como machine learning e ETL.
Requisitos
  • Formação superior em áreas relacionadas (Administração, Marketing, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, etc.);
  • Experiência sólida em CX, Product Owner ou funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em ambientes de logística ou tecnologia;
  • Forte habilidade analítica, com experiência em métricas de desempenho de produtos e dados;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e negociação;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipes multidisciplinares;
  • Empatia, flexibilidade e forte orientação para resultados;
  • Certificação em Scrum (desejável).
Diferenciais
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento em PHP, Node.js (para regras de negócio e back-end), e React;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de tracking, last-mile, e integração via APIs;
  • Habilidade em lidar com projetos de machine learning e ETL;
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica e com visão de dono, alinhando-se com os objetivos de crescimento da empresa.
