About The Bridger Group

We are a dynamic and capable metal buildings manufacturer with a strong presence in the US market. Our company has experienced exponential growth over the last few years and is now looking to expand its sales team to sustain this growth.


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Rep to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing, managing, and cultivating sales territory, as well as calling on builders in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territory
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and other key stakeholders in the region
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience in the metal building industry
  2. Strong understanding of the metal building market and its trends
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
