We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily contact with clients based on the most up-to-date A/R aging list available. You will work closely with internal counterparts in collections and cash application, ensuring clients are aware of all payment systems offered by Align. Additionally, you will propose retention of credit plans for clients according to Align's Terms and Conditions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and propose payment plans for approval and manage client credit.
- Prepare AR reports with comments on collection status and any related issues or opportunities.
- Support customer service and sales departments with AR or billing-related issues.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Pursuing an Administration, Economics, or related field degree, with availability for a 6-hour per day hybrid internship schedule.
- Developing activities related to supporting various company areas as per the internship contract.
- Supporting leadership with administrative tasks like data entry, document control, phone support, and other related activities.
