We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategy Developer to join our team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and implementing sourcing strategies while working closely with the global team.

Key Functions:

  2. Develop a regional category perspective considering specific realities
  3. Work in a functional matrix, managing relationships between stakeholders, aligning interests, and building alliances
  4. Evaluate provider markets and design solutions that follow global guidance
  5. Build and implement regional plans for categories, aligning with business strategy and global procurement practices
  6. Understand market trends, providers, technologies, pricing, processes, and guarantee performance levels in negotiation and operations
  7. Reduce internal costs through process improvements
  8. Execute regional sourcing processes and prepare presentations to report procurement performance

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or economics
  • Solid experience in purchase processes, strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and quantitative profile
  • Strong sense of ethics and compliance
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable
  • Advanced skills in MS/Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
