Job Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable and reliable systems that drive revenue and user engagement at scale.

This role involves developing and scaling advertising algorithms that optimize engagement and revenue simultaneously.

You will apply cutting-edge machine learning approaches to improve ad performance and build scalable infrastructure to support real-time ad decisioning across millions of requests per day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy predictive models that optimize engagement and revenue.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to improve ad relevance and personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
  • Proven track record of optimizing ad performance using mature models and emerging machine learning technologies.
  • Expertise in one or more machine learning areas: recommendation systems, advertising algorithms, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
