Leading Machine Learning Engineer for Personalization

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our personalization strategy and architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a company-wide personalization strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Solve complex technical challenges in personalization, including cold start, real-time learning, and exploration/exploitation tradeoffs.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning solutions using cutting-edge techniques such as graph neural networks, causal models, and bandit algorithms.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to redefine how personalization impacts business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a technical mentor to senior engineers, guiding decision-making and scaling team capability.
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems with a focus on personalization.
- Expertise in building ML systems with deep knowledge of large-scale personalization.
- Recognized industry expertise through patents, publications, or significant product impact.
- Proven success architecting ML platforms serving billions of predictions in production.
- Demonstrated track record of 0→1 innovation in personalization or recommender systems.
- Mastery across multiple ML domains including deep learning, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and graph-based models.
