Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead our team in building cutting-edge personalization and optimization systems. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive technical excellence and mentor junior engineers.

About the Role
  • Oversee a team of 3-5 ML engineers in designing, developing, and deploying complex personalization and optimization systems.
  • Design and architect multi-stage ranking systems that deliver business value and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence through hands-on coding and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in ML engineering, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
  • Deep expertise in large-scale personalization systems, including modern ML architectures such as two-tower, transformer-based, and graph neural networks.
  • Strong system design skills for ML infrastructure and proven ability to make informed technical decisions.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, project delivery, and mentoring engineers.
