A leading organization in the blockchain sector seeks an accomplished Talent Acquisition Strategist to oversee full-cycle recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on sales, marketing, customer success, and other business roles.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and community engagement strategies.
