We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Executive to join our team at Brambles. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and recovering CHEP pallets that are in unauthorized use, and negotiating agreements with NCDs/NPDs to integrate them legally into the CHEP circuit.
Key Responsibilities- Recover CHEP pallets that are in illegal use and ensure their safe return to the CHEP circuit.
- Negotiate agreements with NCDs/NPDs to legally integrate CHEP pallets into their operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of NPD operations to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to prevent pallet loss and unauthorized use.
- Develop and implement plans to increase CHEP billing on transfers to NPDs and reduce illegal flows from Emitters and Distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient custody and safeguarding of CHEP pallets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on visits and activities to stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Services, 3PL, or commercial areas, with a focus on Loss Prevention.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with NCDs/NPDs.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement plans to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with a working knowledge of English.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on supply chain recovery and logistics.
