Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in enhancing the search function on TikTok. The primary responsibility will be to oversee labeling projects that deliver training/testing data for machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operation of labeling projects to optimize users' search results.
  • Oversee various tasks throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Design and implement customized project management plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with the global data delivery team to ensure timely implementation and quality assurance of projects.
  • Conduct regular reviews based on model performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of experience in Internet-related industries preferred.
  • Proficient English and Brazilian Portuguese language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Cross-cultural working/studying experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of search engines, social media platforms, and their applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience in project operation or familiarity with user behavior online.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and take ownership of responsibilities.
