Strategic Growth Associate

As a valued member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving your own pipeline, identifying opportunities in the market and supporting the ongoing commercial growth strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a pipeline of new potential partners and close deals through negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the market, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider organization to ensure a thorough understanding of the product and ways of working.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A seasoned executive with experience in strategic planning and business development.
  • A hunter who can seek out new clients and stand out from the crowd through creative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills – every successful partnership begins with effective communication.
  • A passionate individual who loves their work and has a strong drive to succeed.
  • A commercially driven person with a goal-oriented attitude and a methodical approach to planning.
  • Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a related industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
