Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a skilled Data Process Analyst to join our team as a business intelligence professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business needs, gathering requirements and defining scope and objectives to drive business decisions.
- Prepare data for analysis and explore new potential data sources to support reporting initiatives.
- Develop reports and analysis to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets for valuable insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with process and operations leadership to lead analysis and identify top opportunities for improvement.
- Track progress and impact on future results, while mentoring peers and recommending process improvements.
- Partner with the team to develop a detailed understanding of the business, offering mentorship or technical solutions to identify business problems.
- Work independently handling complex issues and referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Drive the adoption of new data and analytics solutions within businesses and coach users to analyze and access data via various tools.
