Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for managing projects, conducting research and analysis, and creating reports that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist in the execution of projects aligned with our business intelligence strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers to maximize the cost-effectiveness of our business activities
  • Collaborate with other departments and business units to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Comply with company standards and procedures, meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including managers, clients, and colleagues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Solid financial and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and reports
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to utilize and develop additional systems/tools as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
