As a senior business intelligence professional, you will be responsible for delivering daily data extraction and processing services for projects initiated by business units and other operational teams.

Data Analysis

You will develop and optimize business performance metrics (e.g., reports/dashboards) to ensure operational continuity and inform business decisions.

  1. Design and maintain data frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.
  2. Collaborate with business units and operational teams to refine data frameworks and drive business outcomes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in data support, proficiency in SQL, Python, common data analysis tools, and office software.

  2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish a data monitoring system for business operations, including maintaining data sources, building business dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
  2. Monitor the operational health of business operations, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in business data analysis.

For this role, you will work on sales data analysis, construct business reports, and enhance operational efficiency of the sales and operations team. You will also follow up on business actions and provide support for business decision-making.
