Join us in this exciting opportunity to accelerate your sales career. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. You will need outstanding communication skills, both in Portuguese (native level) and English (fluent), as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or through coaching.

You will be responsible for identifying high-potential businesses that align with our company's objectives across your region. This includes developing and leading inbound and outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls, building strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives, and investing in self-development to enhance your skills and attributes for core roles and future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential businesses and develop targeted campaigns
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge
  • Interact with IT and business decision makers via telephone and email
  • Update lead and prospect activity in our CRM system
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
Requirements
  • A self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Outstanding communication skills in Portuguese (native level) and English (fluent)
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
