We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support our seeds hedge strategy, execute hedging operations, and meet stakeholder needs. This role involves developing technical analyses to drive the achievement of area objectives and key results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Operations: Serve as the primary interface with brokers, banks, clearing houses, and regulatory institutions for commodity trades.
  • Production Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, providing analysis and support for pricing and derivatives.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with tax, controllership, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
  • Process & Compliance: Maintain process design in accordance with internal controls and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in agribusiness.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
