Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our delivery station.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery station, providing leadership and guidance to Team Leads, Operators, and Delivery Service Providers.

  • Oversee the allocation of labor, manage meetings, assign tasks, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
  • Work closely with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On Time Dispatch, First Day Delivery Success, and customer service excellence.
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive project management, attention to detail, influence others, and exceptional organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in employee and performance management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency and fluent Portuguese.
  • A proven track record of working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
