We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of global sales compensation programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.
- Partner with Finance and IT to maintain and improve systems and data quality.
- Track quota and territory data to support proper incentive calculations.
- Provide issue resolution and stakeholder support for commission-related inquiries and disputes.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and create reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions.
- Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs for Finance, Sales, and leadership.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit support by identifying risks and proposing controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, ideally with exposure to sales incentive programs.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, or Anaplan is a strong plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves frequent interaction with global stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills.
