About the Role

This position involves developing and implementing portfolio tools for asset management, considering expansion projects and R2M opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, improving, and maintaining portfolio modelling tools;
  2. Evaluating commercial strategies focused on long-term value and risk mitigation;
  3. Supporting the Energy Management team with strategies for maturities up to Y+5;
  4. Assessing Greenfield and M&A projects' impact on the portfolio, including scenarios;
  5. Collaborating with BD and M&A teams in related processes;
  6. Estimating R2M opportunities' impact, incorporating market inputs from commercial teams;
  7. Working with the risk department on P&L estimations and risk measurement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economy, or Business Administration;
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • Solid experience in Brazil's electricity sector;
  • Experience in portfolio management;
  • Knowledge in Risk Analysis and R/Python coding;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
