We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Governance Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic governance initiatives and ensuring adherence to digital governance standards across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Governance Ownership: Ensure governance policies reflect organizational priorities and ensure compliance with execution in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize TKE's portfolio across digital and data products, aligning with global and local organizations, and advocate for user-centric business value creation.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining governance processes to enhance efficiency and digital business value creation.">
  • Definition of Standards: Define, document, and communicate governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining an actionable, relevant, and aligned governance framework.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for global stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring governance goals are well-communicated and implemented.">
  • Collaboration with Peers: Partner with Product Owners and other peer groups to ensure excellence in product delivery and business value creation.">
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders using data to refine the governance strategy as necessary.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.">
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital governance, process management, or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.">
  • Skills: Strong understanding of governance principles, excellent communication skills, experience with Agile methodologies, policy management tools, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps.">
