Senior Campaign Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Campaign Strategist to join our team in Latin America.

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving creative campaigning around the Sustainable Development Goals with a focus on women's rights and civic space. The successful candidate will work closely with our policy and advocacy team to develop strategic relationships with NGO partners, grassroots organizations, and activists within Latin America and globally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English, Spanish, and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong interest in campaigning, international development, and social justice.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and delivering issue-specific campaign strategies around the SDGs;
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with NGO partners, grassroots organizations, and activists;
  • Developing strategies to support and deliver partner campaigns on our platform;
  • Designing creative campaign interventions and handovers to influence policymakers;
  • Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing key campaign metrics and reporting back internally;
  • Staying up-to-date with campaigns-related news trends and recommending associated campaign content.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and able to spot problems and solve them. They will also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional campaigning experience;
  • Excellent English, Spanish, and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrable interest in campaigning, international development, and social justice;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various competing priorities;
  • Ability to spot problems and solve them;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
