Key Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign setup, creator support, and coordination.
  • Create effective influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
  • Review content and ensure campaign guidelines are followed.
  • Monitor deadlines, performance, and deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact for companies and creators.
  • Support international campaigns when required.
  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.
  • Organize client meetings and pitches.
  • Translate and localize campaign materials when needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English.
  • Comfortable communicating with both creators and brands.
  • Confident using social media analytics tools.
  • Experience with presentation tools.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
